Infiltrator Water Technologies has been a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry for over 35 years. Infiltrator manufactures a full line of innovative products for decentralized wastewater treatment. Our decentralized wastewater solutions include environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic system components as well as advanced wastewater treatment units and combined treatment and dispersal systems. We sell our products through wholesale distribution across the United States and Canada for use on properties with onsite wastewater treatment systems.

(NYSE: WMS) (“ADS” or the “Company”), a leading provider of innovative water management solutions in the stormwater and onsite septic wastewater industries, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement pursuant to which the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Infiltrator Water Technologies (“Infiltrator”), will acquire Orenco Systems, Inc. (“Orenco”), a leading manufacturer of advanced onsite septic wastewater treatment products serving residential and non-residential end markets. The parties expect the transaction to close in the Company’s third quarter of fiscal 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

When arriving on site to perform a septic tank pump-out, you never quite know what you’re going to run into. It could be the system’s first pump out or its tenth, it could be a concrete or thermoplastic septic tank, or it could be a 5,000-gallon tank or a system that will fill your whole truck! What remains consistent, is the need to ensure that tank lids are properly secured when you leave the site to keep your customers and their families safe. In all circumstances, when a lid is damaged, it needs to be replaced. However, just like the septic system itself, there is no ‘one size fits all’ answer. We’ve provided some guidelines to help you identify and remedy some of the lid related challenges you may run into on site.
